We are scaling the process of creating complex simulations for frontier labs working on capability and safety.

Putting care and craft into the simulations that train models, as they increasingly enter society in autonomous roles, is one of the most impactful things we could have the privilege of working on. We imagine an abundant future for civilization if models are trained and evaluated well as intelligence accelerates, and our conviction in this work comes from wanting to bring that future to fruition.

We have raised seed funding from notable VCs and angel investors at labs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google DeepMind.

We believe in hiring the best, compensating them well, and giving them both the ownership and support to do the best work of their lives. We are a flat organization and work in person at our San Francisco office every day.

Our day-to-day involves novel problem solving across distributed infrastructure, simulation design, and research ideas. Our team finds pleasure in figuring out creative, useful solutions to the most difficult technical problems across frontier post-training and model evaluations.

We are currently hiring exceptional talent across all skill sets as founding Members of Technical Staff. We do not offer any remote positions.
